mi cerrebrro...

You are 50% right-brained.

What does it mean to be left-brained or right-brained?

The brain is made up two hemispheres, known as the left and right hemisphere.

The left side of your brain controls verbal ability, attention to detail, and reasoning. If you are left-brained, you are likely
good at math, science, and logic.

The right side of your brain is all about creativity and flexibility.
Right-brained people are highly creative and are always coming up
with unique solutions.

In most cases, a left-handed person is right-brained and a right-handed
person is left-brained. However, this certainly isn't always true.

Right-brained people are often good at drawing, painting, and writing.
Right-brained people also day dream a lot and can often seem quite
organized.

Left-brained people are very methodical and task-oriented, often making them partial to science, math, and logic.

Right-brained people often look for multiple solutions while left-brained people look for one "right" answer.

Interestingly enough, our right and left hemispheres actually control
the opposite side of our bodies. This means that the right hemisphere controls our left side and processes what we see in our left eye while the left hemisphere controls the right side and processes everything that our right eye sees.

In general, schools tend to favor left-brained modes of teaching. The
majority of schools are not ample learning environments for right-brained students.

Most schools are based on auditorial learning, which doesn't fare well for a left-brained student who learns best through visual learning.

The "left-brained" student, on the other hand usually does very well in school beginning at an early age because they are "wired" for auditory learning.

Regardless of whether you are left-brained or right-brained, we can all become more creative or more analytical. However, by knowing are strengths and weakness, we can play to our strengths.

“un caraqueño en panamá” – grandes éxitos emigrantes

Tags:
